Usual combinations of unusual food



You can add AFA to your favorite smoothies,





sprinkle on salads,







mix in water to taste,






and of course combine it with Chocolate.





Remember:

It is highly potent substance and powerhouse of nutrients. Start slowly to avoid cleansing reactions. Begin with 1/4 tsp (or less) in pure water, fresh juice, or a smoothie. Increase slowly to 1 or more tablespoons per day.
